Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Had a twin room two single beds . Head end is by the toilet/bathroom but that was no problem. Beds were good. Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Had a twin room two single beds . Head end is by the toilet/bathroom but that was no problem. Beds were good. It's got the bus stop right outside that takes you to disneyland paris. So convenient for train back to cdg airport. Literally catch the bus get off at disneyland and catch train opposite. Roughly 12 minutes on train. Don't be put off by hostel my son and grandson had a great time. Defo stay again he says.

“Ample hotel, good transport, poor customer service”

Stayed here whilst visiting Disney and the hotel is ample. The rooms were small but the right amount of space for a short stay, fans were provided as we were visiting during a heatwave and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Stayed here whilst visiting Disney and the hotel is ample. The rooms were small but the right amount of space for a short stay, fans were provided as we were visiting during a heatwave and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The transport links to Disneyland were incredible but we struggled with getting to and fro Paris itself and the airport as the hotel is quite far out. The staff refused to serve us a tap water at 11:50pm although the bar didn't close until midnight and we weren't even buying a drink, they didn't even acknowledge us until I questioned why we weren't being served. The customer service was quite bad but the hotel overall was good for the price paid.

The reception and the breakfast area are very nice in terms of interior. These photos are a good seduction to book. (BUT...) The room was very warm, there is no air conditioning. The reception and the breakfast area are very nice in terms of interior. These photos are a good seduction to book. (BUT...) The room was very warm, there is no air conditioning. You can't create a draft. The room is also VERY tiny. There is no place to put your things. The shelf on the desk and the bedside table are super small. The room is also incredibly dark. You can't shield your window with a transparent curtain, so that you still get light. When you come out of the small bathroom after showering, everyone can see you... The breakfast was very limited. They work with homemade, fresh products (which is charming), but for children that is a bit less popular. Breakfast is until 10:00. When we arrived around 9:30, nothing had been replenished and unfortunately we had to do with what was left. The plates, knives and glasses were also gone. Fortunately we could ask for another plate, but I didn't want to be annoying and ask for everything I needed what i allready did, and unfortunately the staff themselves didn't see that things still had to be replenished so that the guests could get and choose everything at breakfast until 10am... Bit of a shame to be honest... My child almost ate nothing.
