Stayed 2 nights and opted for full board and lodging. Practical and inexpensive when the objective is to be near the thermal springs which is just a short walk across the road. Stayed 2 nights and opted for full board and lodging. Practical and inexpensive when the objective is to be near the thermal springs which is just a short walk across the road. Continental breakfast spread is more than adequate, lunch and dinner are 4 course affairs with at least 3 choices each for starters, main course, cheese and dessert. Room is simplistic, functional and clean. Lighting could be improved. Wi-fi erratic. Definietly worth re visiting.

“Good hotel for stopovers with a good restaurant”

We booked a room here on our way back to the Netherlands coming from the Provence. The advantage of Vittel is that it isn't too close to the main autoroute between Nancy and Dijon. The hotel room was very good, not sure they have airconditioning though. You might need one during the summer season.… lisää

We booked a room here on our way back to the Netherlands coming from the Provence. The advantage of Vittel is that it isn't too close to the main autoroute between Nancy and Dijon. The hotel room was very good, not sure they have airconditioning though. You might need one during the summer season. The restaurant had a menu with many options; we chose the foie gras as our starters and had the Tartare de thon and Tagliatelles aux Noix de Saint-Jacques et Scampis as our main course. I took the Pavlova aux fruits rouges et glace Yaourt as dessert. All dishes were well prepared, presented and tasteful although the tagliatelles could have had a more tasty sauce. We ate a la carte but the combination menus also looked very good. The staff members in the restaurant were very professional, but a but too formal. I personally prefer a more laid back atmosphere.

“Nice hotel, easy to find, friendly staff but also with a very disappointing restaurang”

The hotel is easy to find as it is located just outside Vittel. It has good parking just outside the entrance and a friendly staff who also spoke good English. Free wireless network. The rooms are clean and ok. But the kitchen is terrible. We are often in France but can´t remember if we've ever eat… lisää

The rooms are clean and ok. But the kitchen is terrible. We are often in France but can´t remember if we've ever eaten worse. A consistently poor menu, from appetizer to dessert. Because it is a hotel that also offers various spa treatments, we thought that the breakfast would be much better. But the breakfast was very limited and also disappointing. The hotel is very good for a overnight stay but you should not eat there.
