“Absolute gem - we loved it!”

Just got back from 3 nights in this hotel with my 8 year old daughter. Super warm welcome on a very rainy day, lovely vibe and great decor. We slept so well with absolutely no noise whatsoever. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was! Hot shower, toiletries and hairdryer were appreciated. Breakfast was good with a good choice. My daughter LOVED the pancake machine and I thought it was a great touch! The room was clean and the whole place felt safe - I was travelling alone with her so that was important to me. There’s an indoor playroom which was too young for my daughter, a well equipped gym (which we didn’t use) and a bar/snack bar area. It’s about a three minute walk (if that) to the Montrevain entrance of the Val d’europe RER station for direct trains to Disney and to Paris. It’s €2.55 for each single journey for an adult and the trains are maybe every ten minutes. I recommend using the Bonjour RATP app to buy tickets on your phone rather than queuing. It’s maybe a 10 min walk from the hotel to the shopping centre with lots of places to eat, shop and a huge supermarket. Area felt safe and clean. A minor niggle was that the bottom sheet on the bed didn’t seem to quite fit and kept coming loose, but the pillows were great and the bed was so comfy. A bigger niggle (and I did consider taking a star off for this but it didn’t actually impact us personally) was the lift situation. One small lift that fits about 4 people is just not enough. We didn’t have to wait much at all from the second floor but one morning the already full lift opened to the first floor on our way down and there was a queue of about 15 people or more waiting for the lift! That must have been really annoying. If there were stairs we couldn’t find them (to be fair I never asked), the only stairs we saw were emergency use only. Just seems odd in such a big hotel to have such a small lift! (I think there was another at the other side of the hotel but again I didn’t ask and it wasn’t near our room). Still, the super helpful staff, great location and quiet nights more than made up for this and we would definitely stay here again. We had a great time! I recommend this hotel.

“Amazing for Disney and Paris”

Brilliant hotel!! A 35 minute uber from the airport and our room was ready 2 hours early - great bonus. It's a 4 minute walk round the corner to the RER Train station which was perfect for getting to Disneyland and Central Paris (there's one platform so can't go wrong ). Brilliant hotel!! A 35 minute uber from the airport and our room was ready 2 hours early - great bonus. It's a 4 minute walk round the corner to the RER Train station which was perfect for getting to Disneyland and Central Paris (there's one platform so can't go wrong ). Tickets are €2.55 and I really recommend downloading the Navigo Travel Card on your apple wallet and just adding tickets on there and using your phone to tap through the gates at the station! There's also an amazing crossiantire right next to the station where we got a crossiant and coffee for €3 before going to disney. The hotel rooms are clean and modern and we never had any noise problems at all - staff are all so accommodating! We also had to pay tourist tax but it was €11 altogether for just 3 nights so nothing crazy. Great experience.

“Perfect!”

What a find. Great location, clean and welcoming with great facilities- perfect. The staff were SO welcoming on arrival, and let us have coffees and the children play in the play room while the rooms were just being finished. They even came to find us to give us our keys and let us in. It’s a relaxed vibe, central location, no outside noise so peaceful enough to get a great nights sleep. Would absolutely stay here again.
