Very nice hotel, beds very comfy. Breakfast excellent. You can get bus outside to the main metro line. Nice restaurant next door. No bars near by. I would have given 5 but on Saturday night no Beer or Wine. It was busy as the races was on. Considering no bars near by. Came back Sunday and still no… lisää

Very nice hotel, beds very comfy. Breakfast excellent. You can get bus outside to the main metro line. Nice restaurant next door. No bars near by. I would have given 5 but on Saturday night no Beer or Wine. It was busy as the races was on. Considering no bars near by. Came back Sunday and still no beer. I think that is very bad for a hotel. The staff member that was on at night. Was not very helpful. He could not make a Baileys coffee and I felt he was rude.

“Great hotel for a budget visit to Paris”

Me and my daughter stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend. The rooms are cleaned and practical, the bed is comfortable too. The only downside for the room was the showers water pressure, rinsing hair took ages but I would still stay here again. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from, p… lisää

Me and my daughter stayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend. The rooms are cleaned and practical, the bed is comfortable too. The only downside for the room was the showers water pressure, rinsing hair took ages but I would still stay here again. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from, potentially would benefit from another hot option like sausage or beans but then again we are British and this maybe a British thing!?! But we enjoyed the different variety of eggs......the scrambled eggs were delicious!!!! 10/10 The hotel is well connected with Paris if you don't mind a walk and the shopping centre where the RER/Metro is has lots of good shops.

First of all, this hotel is located in the beautifully quiet area of Puteaux in the western suburbs of Paris 1.2km from Westfields Shopping Centre and La Defense metro). We stayed on the second floor (211). The room had everything that you would expect from a budget hotel of this quality - lovely shower area, comfortable bed and sofa. The breakfast was fine for this type of hotel with the normal stuff of meats, cheeses, various breads, fruit and eggs (which were a mess as you had to come the boiled eggs yourself and on the last day there was scrambled eggs which were inedible in my opinion) My wife stopped eating breakfast after the first day but I thought it was ok. However the reason why this hotel does not get a 4 or 5 star is very simple. On the 2nd night we came back to a bed instead of a sofa (with no covers) that was not asked for. The room was small enough without this being put in place. We had to almost jump on the bed to get to the window. Why it was put in place is anybody's guess but it was just stupid from the part of the hotel. I went down to reception and the receptionist said she would come up to fix it but never did. The next morning, we went to reception to make a complaint and another receptionist said we should have fixed it ourselves and this was put in place because of the family room. It was fixed that night but hotels doing things like this is idiotic. We therefore will not be back. Such a pity.

However, on the last night, despite turning the system off, cold air blew strongly onto the bed, making it hard to sleep. Reception assured us multiple times that it was fixed, but the issue persisted. A disappointing end to an otherwise decent stay.
