The Kimpton St. Honore was a beautiful hotel in the center of shopping and great hotels. The service was top notch. With the Amex Platinum, breakfast was included as was the mini bar which was an extra treat. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne and treats to celebrate our 4th anniversary. We are staying again at the end of our 3 weeks in France and looking forward to it.

“Good city hotel”

Spacious rooms with high ceilings, large bathroom. Great decor and good location. Impeccably clean. Only quips would be limited room service menu and if on the first floor, depending on room location, can get loud at night due to facing a pub.

I will tell you about the kimpton from best to worst: - Location - Free wine and prosecco 5-6 pm - Comfortable beds and pillows - They wedged a hotel into a very choppy building. I will tell you about the kimpton from best to worst: - Location - Free wine and prosecco 5-6 pm - Comfortable beds and pillows - They wedged a hotel into a very choppy building. You will never know where you are when you get off the elevator. Follow the room signs, and still get lost. I saw a family coming up from the spa, soaking wet in towels, wandering around the hotel, trying to find their room. - They used a pink neon detail in their design that is super cheesy. Including the sign on the front of the building. Doesn’t fit the Parisian neighborhood. - There is a doorman who stands at the entrance all day, but he doesn’t open the door. I have no idea why he is planted there. - On our first day, our room wasn’t cleaned until 6:00. We came home after a long day to see the room hadn’t been touched and our breakfast dishes sitting there all day. They tried to say we had the Do not disturb flyer on the knob, but we didn’t. I was pretty upset, so they sent us a bottle of prosecco, which was appreciated. - There was over $900 in errors on our final bill. The staff did their best to put out fires, but I blame management that there are so many fires to begin with. Not a 5 star experience by any stretch.
