First of all: fantastic service from the receptionists, and a clean and welcoming hotel! When we checked in they had fixed us a decorated room with a personal greeting and some chocolate, as we let them know beforehand that we are celebrating our anniversary! First of all: fantastic service from the receptionists, and a clean and welcoming hotel! When we checked in they had fixed us a decorated room with a personal greeting and some chocolate, as we let them know beforehand that we are celebrating our anniversary! This was lovely 😍 Though the room was a bit small and we barely had space for our luggage, it was still a nice atmosphere. No minibar. The morning after we went to the breakfast. This was a bit disappointing actually, as the eggs was not pre-boiled, this you had to do yourself, and some of the food was empty and wasn't filled up. We let them know that we was a bit disappointed by the breakfast and we asked for a refund for the price we paid just for the breakfast. This wasn't possible, however, they actually upgraded us to a suite instead 🤩 This was way better than having breakfast anyways! In the suite we had a large space, minibar, large balcony (the balcony was empty though, there could absolutely be space for two chairs and a small table there) , nice and clean bathroom, bathropes, and even a TV with chromecast. All in all, this was a 5/5 experience, even if the first room was a bit small and the breakfast was a little disappointing. The people working at the front desk are amazing, and the people working in housekeeping also did a great job. Thank you! Best regards Peter and Ole

“A comfy base for a business trip to Paris”

Very little to complain about this hotel. Pros - Excellent location close to Anvers and Pigalle Metro so easy to get around - Restaurants close by - Room was small but very comfortable with big TV - would be quite small for more than 1 person but it was fine for me as solo traveller. - Excellent … lisää

Very little to complain about this hotel. Pros - Excellent location close to Anvers and Pigalle Metro so easy to get around - Restaurants close by - Room was small but very comfortable with big TV - would be quite small for more than 1 person but it was fine for me as solo traveller. - Excellent bathroom - recently refurbished - my room was at the back of he hotel so very quiet. I can imagine the front rooms would be noisier. - WiFi worked well - Room well maintained by housekeeping - breakfast was adequate - good choice but quite expensive. Cons - Not much - was unable to watch the football as Canal Plus was not available on the TV - was difficult to do any work because the room had no desk/chair Big sideboard but would be better as a desk.
