“A stay in noble nature”

A nice hotel in a old castle in front of a golf course. Sun rising on hole 18th. Peaceful and quiet moment for golfer and even for peoples non practicing such crazy sport. The restaurant is very good, with excellent service and peoples taking care of you.

A friend of mine won a competition & part of the prize was to stay in this chateau which was absolutely beautiful, The room was a great size (room 107 Twin). “Old, very pretty, ideally situated chateau”

I stayed at the Chateau des Sept Tours for a friend's wedding, so everyone staying there was there for the wedding as well, so I cannot speak to how it operates under normal circumstances, but they were lovely and extremely accommodating to us. It is within 45 mins of numerous chateaus that are wonderful to tour. Our room was in one of the towers; it and the bathroom were large and nicely decorated. There is a beam in the shower that made it a little hard to maneuver, but it is part of the charm - the stairs we went up to get to our room had been there since the 1400s-and the beam is clearly part of the original structure. We only ate breakfast there, which had plenty of options for everyone, including gluten-free bread for toast, and the eggs were delicious. It is not easy to get decaf coffee/espresso, but I managed - fortunately, they were easy-going about us helping ourselves. Also, there is no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up, but again, this is an old chateau, not a modern, luxury resort, and I liked that about it!

We stayed here on a 3 day stopover returning home from our holiday. We played golf and found the course suitable. A flat course but some interesting holes around the lake. The pool is adequate with sun beds that be placed under the trees. There is no air conditioning and so the rooms in the heat of 35 degrees wasn’t pleasant but we accept these were unusual weather conditions- that said one fan was not enough. Staff were good and because of the amazing food in the restaurant we enjoyed our stay
