“Perfectly nice hotel”

We stayed two separate nights at this hotel recently and were in two different rooms, both on the ground floor. The rooms were clean and with adequate room for my dog bed to be placed. We stayed two separate nights at this hotel recently and were in two different rooms, both on the ground floor. The rooms were clean and with adequate room for my dog bed to be placed. There’s a powerful shower and good lighting in the bathroom. The pillows were not very comfortable so we brought our own in from the car on the second stay. On our first stay the shutter in the room did not open in the morning so it was a bit dark (room 101). The breakfast is taken in a very nice room just by reception and is adequate to set you up for the day. Our dog enjoyed the walk along the river path behind the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay here again when we next drive to the south of France. It is in a good position and breaks our journey in half.

“The green comfortable and quiet place, with spacious rooms, clean.”

Near the highways and the city of Orleans. Hidden in green. You easily miss the way to the hotel. Nice spacious rooms with all facilities.

We booked twoo rooms to host our family of four. Nice rooms, a bit dated and with various issues of a quick renovation. We paid €230 for the two rooms and paid extra for the breakfasts for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The rooms looked nice but again, the dirty carpentry and dated air con units showed… lisää

We paid €230 for the two rooms and paid extra for the breakfasts for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The rooms looked nice but again, the dirty carpentry and dated air con units showed the age of this hotel without elevator. No problem of course as it is a 3 star hotel, but you do expect things to be a bit better regarding the pictures that are on the bookingssite. The front garden looks very poor and overgrown and there is provate parking but NO gate so everybody can still enter the parking during the night. Do not leave anything of value in the car! Despite asking for it (and waiting for it for 40 minutes(!), we never received any bacon or scrambled eggs, that should have been available for us and many other guests. And even asking the management after we left by email why this was the case, we were never answered. After all a nice hotel near the Loire river, but do not get mislead by the lovely picutres. Please management, look after your guests, garden and customer service!
