The hotel is very well placed close to the train station and the center of the town. The staff was always very nice and friendly. I found it to be very clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. The décor was kind of old fashioned, but I guess this is the theme of the hotel. The bed was very… lisää

The hotel is very well placed close to the train station and the center of the town. The staff was always very nice and friendly. I found it to be very clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. The décor was kind of old fashioned, but I guess this is the theme of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. As a downside, there is no hotel parking, you have a discount to a nearby parking, but is not a pleasing experience coming trough the rain from the parking to the hotel with the luggage. The rooms very pretty small, but well heated, but very noisy, I could easily hear all the doors on the floor and also the doors from the nearby rooms. Last thing, the breakfast was disappointing, short on options.

This hotel certainly has a lot of oldtime charm and an excellent location next to the railway station and the centre of the city. Our twin room was quite spacious, particularly the bathroom. This hotel certainly has a lot of oldtime charm and an excellent location next to the railway station and the centre of the city. Our twin room was quite spacious, particularly the bathroom. The personnel was really friendly and welcoming, but…. 1. The weather was really hot at the beginning of our visit and aircon was truly needed. However, at least in our room it was quite inefficient and went off by itself. According to the personnel ”it sometimes does that”😮 2. Breakfast was quite disappointing, at least for someone who doesn’t eat meat and during the busiest times some articles ran out quickly. The breakfast room was really cramped. 3. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! There was a tram line below our window, naturally making quite a lot of noise. Of course noise is to be expected in a city. Would I come again? Probably not.
