“Great place to stay for breathing space outside”

Great place to stay. The Business Garden apartment was spacious and clean. The outdoor space caught the afternoon and evening sun. No ac but the fan in the room kept us cool. Great place to stay. The Business Garden apartment was spacious and clean. The outdoor space caught the afternoon and evening sun. No ac but the fan in the room kept us cool. The pool was nice (didn't do the sauna or steam room) Lovely park very close by for running. Excellent indian restaurant up the road and boulangerie in walking distance.Across the bridge at Pirmil there is a great outside bar (maybe only at weekends) Getting into town normally get the tram but due to road works we got the c4 and tram from there. Nantes is brilliant especially if you get the Nantes pass!

“Quiet relaxing place”

This is the absolute perfect place to escape from everyday busy life and relax. Although situated in a residential area 10 minutes from city centre, it is quiet with a beautiful park situated next to it for long leisurely walks. This is the absolute perfect place to escape from everyday busy life and relax. Although situated in a residential area 10 minutes from city centre, it is quiet with a beautiful park situated next to it for long leisurely walks. The trams are less than 5 minutes away from the place which are free at the weekends. The staff were friendly and professional at all times, especially Marine who was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our 2 bedroom apartment 'Trentemoult' was spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious delivered to our apartment each morning. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were spotless and a joy to use daily. Looking forward to returning soon.

“Good...but not great this visit”

We really like this location....rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great firepit on the patio. We just felt that the service was lacking a bit on this visit. We weren't told that housekeeping would only be done upon request...I thought that it was every second day....however, once I followed up… lisää

We really like this location....rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great firepit on the patio. We just felt that the service was lacking a bit on this visit. We weren't told that housekeeping would only be done upon request...I thought that it was every second day....however, once I followed up on it, it did get completed...but some of the required items were not replenished and I had to ask again for those. I did a follow up survey from the hotel and explained the shortcomings and they were very quick to respond and apologize and committed to bringing the improvement needed to staff. I will likely return to give them another opportunity to do better.

“Disappointing as repeat guests”

Apartments situated on outskirts of Nantes but within a 5 min walk of a tram station. Trams are free at weekends although they do get busy in peak seasons. Gated access and secure parking. Apartments situated on outskirts of Nantes but within a 5 min walk of a tram station. Trams are free at weekends although they do get busy in peak seasons. Gated access and secure parking. Great Wifi and great shower. Apartment clean and spacious with a large double bed, adequate kitchenette and a table and 2 chairs. Small garden area with coffee table and 2 chairs. Note if you book a Business Studio with Garden Room without Spa facilities, we were told you will have to pay €10 per day per person to use the swimming pool and deck area. Last time we booked a cheaper basic Studio room that included the use of the pool. We were told that, in France, a "spa" means a "pool". We did not want to pay the supplement. It would have been nice, as repeat guests that we were treated more favourably. We will not return. Staff helpful.
