“Amazing experience”
We absolutely loved our stay here. The Abbey and surrounding historical buildings were in credible. Stunning and so much to learn about. Hôtel was lovely and food was fantastic. “Such a unique place!”
How often does one get to stay on the grounds of a 12th century abbey? When the opportunity came to us, we took it, and we are glad that we did. The hotel is posh. “Wonderful historical place to stay”
If you like history and something different, it's the destination ! We had a garden room which we enjoyed. The food was fabulous; we had a picnic in the garden as the restaurant was fully booked. The light show in the evening was a bonus. Wed stay again.

“A room with a view, of us.”
Beautiful place, beautiful rooms. Our only concerns were hearing every tiny sound from the cloister in the morning and having visitors in the breakfast area wave up as it seems they could see us in our bathroom. I wouldn't choose the cloister view rooms next time.
