“Lovely Hilton hotel with perfect location”
The hotel is new and very comfortable. The double room is very spacious with 2 single beds ( 1.30 m wight each) and breakfast already included on the rate. Paid covered public park in front of hotel. Receptionists are lovely and helpful.

“Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn (same hotel accross road from each other)”
I'm reviewing the Hampton By Hilton, not the Hilton Garden. Confused, well these are 2 identical hotels across the road from each other in troyes. This was a really nice hotel at a good price. “Clean, Comfortable and Convenient”
Predictable Hilton hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. The corridors were a bit tired but rooms much newer. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Great location where you can walk to the sights in the old town. The tram is also just outside the hotel.

“Slow Service & Dirty Room”
Front desk was often slow to address guests and our room had dirty carpet from a coffee spill. Nothing was done to address that. The breakfast was very good and service from Julian much appreciated, he was great!
