“Excellent, food, atmosphere and staff.”
We had a one night staycation here, lovely friendly staff, nice rooms but excellent food, we will definitely be going back, and will recommend it to family and friends. Recommend the fois grais starter and my husband said his steak was one of the best he has had.

“Pleasant stay with attentive and helpful staff.”
We only stayed one night during a trip to look for houses. While it is true the bedrooms are a bit small the staff go out of their way to be helpful and the food in the restaurant is very good and all served in a very nice room with a nice atmosphere. “Good for a short break”
Myself and my wife stayed for 3 nights in the last week in September 2013. Our room albeit rather small for a double ( not sure if they're all this size or we were just unlucky ) was nonetheless spotlessly clean ( as was the VERY small ensuite ). “lovely old fashioned hotel”
We ate dinner there one evening as we were camping at campsite nearby. Very good and inexpensive meal that was well served and presented. [nice 'nibbles' with aperitivs, amuse bouches before meal and chocolate truffle with coffees. Highly recommended. The dining room was very old fashioned in decor… lisää

“Good French hotel but room small”
We stayed here over the royal wedding weekend. The trip was booked at the last minute, via Brittany Ferries, which was perhaps the reason we ended up with a rather a small room with a sliver carved off to make a bathroom.
