“Great location and stay”

Great location close to old town to explore the city on foot. Our triple room was large and comfortable. Would stay again!

This is an efficient hotel with professional staff, rooms are clean and modern, breakfast has a very big range. This is an efficient hotel with professional staff, rooms are clean and modern, breakfast has a very big range. But there were several minor things that irritated me, where the appearance of the hotel promised more than it actually delivered: Great promise: there is a small swimming pool. Poor delivery: it has no changing room - you have to change in the disabled toilet. Great promise: there is a grand staircase. Poor delivery: it only goes up one floor. To get to the bedrooms you have to travel in a tiny lift. Great promise: there is a free water fountain on each floor and a refillable water bottle in your room. Poor delivery: there are only two disposable cups in your room, and once you have used them for a cup of tea, the cup is stained and there is nothing to pour your water into. And, if the water fountain is to be eco, why are the cups disposeable?

“Good Location. Cold Swimming Pool.”

I booked this hotel as it had an indoor pool but so disappointed that it was so cold even my husband thought it was cold - too cold for my little boy. No where to change and a small pool - pictures are deceiving. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The single pull out bed was quite hard to sle… lisää

I booked this hotel as it had an indoor pool but so disappointed that it was so cold even my husband thought it was cold - too cold for my little boy. No where to change and a small pool - pictures are deceiving. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The single pull out bed was quite hard to sleep on but main double bed comfy. Ate in the restaurant I had the strangest tasting lasagna could not taste any tomato or white sauce just so dry so that was disappointing but a nice setting. Good location for all the rouen tourist spots. Still waiting for my deposit to come back days later and will need to chase them. Used the underground garage luckily got the last available space but should be free as you pay enough as a guest!
