“Great Hotel, great staff, great location.”

Great hotel, clean modern rooms and just 10 min walk to the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful too. My wife left her coat behind after we left and the staff organised postage for its return to our home in the uk. Easy secure parking directly under the hotel too. Brilliant service o… lisää

“Comfortable in a great location but no real character”

Exactly what you would expect for a mid market international chain hotel offering a good clean, quiet modern room with comfortable beds. Exactly what you would expect for a mid market international chain hotel offering a good clean, quiet modern room with comfortable beds. It's the kind of place where you wake up and could be in a hotel anywhere in the world. The front desk and bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The location for visiting historic Rouen is exceptional with a barely 10 minute walk to the cathedral and lots of cafes, shops and bars along the way There is on-site parking in the basement but be prepared for a driving test; the stalls are tight and there is not much maneuvering room. A nice hotel to be sure but just no French character.

“Poor”

Lovely room, friendly reception staff. Food, breakfast and dinner were dreadful on all three days. Being in France, wine should have been palatable . It wasn't, would not recommend and won't be returning

Hotel does not offer a quality experience. No washcloths, no mini fridge, poor gym, guests not provided lockers, robes or slippers
