After staying at many hotels on this trip through France and Spain, it was a pleasure to, at last, find a hotel with a lovely room with a comfortable bed with crisp sheets! The bathroom was well-appointed with 2 basins, a reasonable shower over the bath (take care not to slip!) and lights over the mirrors. There is also a wall-mounted hairdryer, which becomes hotter after a minute of use. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English. We visited this hotel a few years ago, when there wasn't any spare parking but there is an underground carpark 2 minutes away. This time, we were lucky enough to be allocated a space. The front of the hotel is on a narrow street, so it's best to drive through the arch a few meters from the door to unload. The breakfast was good: cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruit, fruit juices and hot drinks. Our room was number 103. Just beware of the trip hazard as you leave the bathroom: there's a small step down to the hall, which surprised me every time! N.B. Some reviewers criticise the smell in the rooms. Yes, there is a smell, but it's nothing bad and you soon don't notice it.
