Excellent staff. The reception staff were so inviting and kind on our arrival. Information given without asking regards places to eat & to go to. “A mix of old and new.”

This hotel is a little far from the railway station but for those who don't like walking there are sometimes taxis and the bus takes you quite near. My room took me straight back to the 70's. This hotel is a little far from the railway station but for those who don't like walking there are sometimes taxis and the bus takes you quite near. My room took me straight back to the 70's. This is not to say anything was wrong with it, but it did seem a little dated by today's standards. All worked efficiently and the bed allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast room is large, so one is not on top of one's neighbour. A wide variety of foods on offer to cater for all tastes. The staff from varying countries were helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

This was a nice property. Pau was a pleasant surprise and this hotel put us within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in town. This was a nice property. Pau was a pleasant surprise and this hotel put us within walking distance of most things we wanted to see in town. There is a very friendly and helpful staff who had excellent restaurant suggestions. It’s a little bit run down with lots of chipped paint and dated furnishings, but it’s very clean and is overall well-maintained. Double sinks in the bathroom were great to have and there’s lots of space for toiletries with a good amount of towel racks and hooks; the toilet had its own separate room. There was even a full shower curtain to prevent flooding the bathroom! They also provide free parking, which is private and secure in the back. We’d definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Very good spacious hotel parking. Easy walk to local attractions especially Museé des Beaux Arts. Excellent breakfast which on our visit was available for nearly five hours.
