Quiet clean rooms, complete with Tea making facilities & toiletries, very comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Adequate parking (not secure). Quiet clean rooms, complete with Tea making facilities & toiletries, very comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Adequate parking (not secure). Couple of restaurants/bars less than 5 min walk (avoid Sammy's Diner) situated within a shopping zone, Auchan, Lidl etc within easy reach. We visited for a rugby week end, and although a little way out of town a free bus service is available (No1 - ask at reception). We drove our car from Hotel to Castres Rail/Bus station (Free off road secure parking) and enjoyed a pleasant 20 mins walk to the Rugby ground - passing several bars on the way. Will use again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, booked two rooms (3of us ) nice clean rooms friendly staff although their English was as bad as my french .15€ for taxi to town which if shared was not too bad . There are a few restaurants near by and a shopping bus that goes to an from town which is free , not sundays

The hotel is some distance from the town and further from the rugby stadium further than implied on the hotel website and the bus service is inadequate and on Sunday non-existent. The hotel is some distance from the town and further from the rugby stadium further than implied on the hotel website and the bus service is inadequate and on Sunday non-existent. The hotel is situated on an industrial/retail estate with a couple of supermarkets and basic restaurants. The Kyriad was clean and comfortable enough the breakfast ok but bar facilities very limited (no wine at all). On arrival the receptionist, the only person on duty spoke little English, there were other staff at other times who spoke English well. I had a ground floor room, at first I was surprised by the very thin curtains then I discovered the bedside button that controlled window shutters, I had not come across that before.
