“Top quality cuisine and wine in a beautiful historic village”
My review here is for the restaurant only as we did not stay at the auberge. “Fabulous hotel with a lovely view of the chateau”
The hotel is easy to find in a small village with a lovely view of a large chateau. There is ample free car parking. The staff are lovely and speak excellent English. “Nice and peaceful stay”
Lovely location to rest from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Due to issues at airport unfortunately arrived too late at 20:00 being informed the kitchen was closed for dinner which I booked for 19:30. Arrive on a lovely day with time to visit the fortified village next door. Lovely spacious room. The meal was robust but delicious, flavoursome food. The service quick and efficient.
