“#1 Customer Service”
The GHM is absolutely Stunning! Wonderful breakfast with great service and lots of choices. The reception desk especially Erwann, Laure, and Simon, took great care of us. They were extremely helpful when a train strike occurred, helping us back to Paris. I highly recommend Grand Hotel Moderne!

“We stayed at the Grand Moderne for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our room and the excellent service provided by Laura.”
The front desk service by Laura was excellent. We were on a tour and our tour guide booked my husband and I twin beds when we wanted one bed. Laura who spoke perfect English quickly got us changed into another room which was larger and nicer with no extra fee. Throughout our stay if we needed wine … lisää

“Fin de Siecle Beauty”
Beautiful space, decent food. Bartender very good, friendly. Stay was marred by the theft of my phone charger, although management tells me differently.
