I recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. I arrived late, past check-in time, and was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Alvarro, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The kitchen and nearby restaurants were already closed, and my friend and I were very hungry-but he went out of his way to arrange snacks and water for us, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, well-heated, and thoughtfully equipped with fresh towels, toiletries (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shower caps), as well as a kettle with coffee and tea. The location was also perfect-just a few yards’ walk to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, which made our stay even more special. A genuinely caring and welcoming experience-thank you, Alvarro!

Besides the very central location and the nice commodities offered by the hotel, we were extremely impressed by the exceptional staff and persons running the hotel. Besides the very central location and the nice commodities offered by the hotel, we were extremely impressed by the exceptional staff and persons running the hotel. On the last day of our stay there was a national strike which affected all means of transportation. Our flight was cancelled and trains, taxis and buses were not working. We don't have enough words to thank all the staff who helped us make our way back home. In particular we are forever indebted to Mr Francois and a female receptionist (whose name unfortunately escapes us). They went out of their way do much so thst they even used their private vehicles to help us reach our destination. Goes without saying that we highly recommend Croix Des Breton and rest assured that it will be our uncontested choice should we ever visit the lovely city of Lourdes once more in the future. It is heart warming to find such kindness away from home! Thank you and God bless you!❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love this hotel. It made for a perfect stay for my husband and I in our pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. The moment that we came in, we were greeted warmly by Francois (who greeted us in Filipino) and Audrey. They gave us two complimentary candles to be used during the Torchlight procession. The room size was just perfect for 2 people. I love the old fashioned key method. Makes for a very secure stay. The proximity of the hotel to the shrine was close enough to get that walk as part of the pilgrimage and, if you happen to just wanna chill and rest before continuing the pilgrimage. Overall, if we am given the chance to visit Lourdes one more time, we will stay here again. God bless…. Charlie and Cecille

“Very good hotel near Basilica Lourdes”

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Croix des Bretons. It would have been great if my room's window is not on the passage where people are passing/walking.
