Good location - Nice, comfortable and very clean hotel and only 10 minutes from grotto and there is s shuttle from the airport that only cost €2. We had a lovely couple of days in July. The owner Mimmo is such s lovely bloke and was always happy to help us. The food was the best - traditional home made Italian food, we looked forward to our meals every night. Mimmo makes the best pizza !! We will definitely go back next year .

“Overnight stay in the city of Lourdes,”

We booked this hotel for one night on our return trip. It's perfectly located for visiting the pilgrimage site of Lourdes, which is within walking distance. We booked this hotel for one night on our return trip. It's perfectly located for visiting the pilgrimage site of Lourdes, which is within walking distance. The hotel also has private parking at the back for €15 per night, which is highly recommended. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, as was the friendliness of the staff, who were happy to provide explanations and a city map. For dinner, you can enjoy a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant. In short, we were very satisfied with our stay.

“Good Value, Good Itaiian estaurant”

Good value for money. Located uphill from the Sanctuaire, a bit of a walk from the main entrance. Not as near as we would've wanted, but hotels were fully booked. Pleasant reception. Good value for money. Located uphill from the Sanctuaire, a bit of a walk from the main entrance. Not as near as we would've wanted, but hotels were fully booked. Pleasant reception. Their Italian restaurant was very good, in fact, we preferred to eat our meals there. Hotel stay includes breakfast. Room lacked character and charm. It felt a bit scary. Spacious room & bathroom w/ bidet and tub. Bathtub is not senior friendly. Not so comfy staying there, it was just a place to spend the night in. My mom had difficulty walking to the sanctuary, so they were kind enough to lend us their wheelchair for the entire day. It's also next door to a good French clothing store.

“Average for some things”

This hotel is definitely not 4 star. Room was clean and today. Stayed 3 night and on 3rd day the towels weren't changed. The restaurant breakfast was average... nothing special. This hotel is definitely not 4 star. Room was clean and today. Stayed 3 night and on 3rd day the towels weren't changed. The restaurant breakfast was average... nothing special. Waiting for room to be ready .. went to restaurant to have a coffee. Asked to leave by waiter as guests only. He didnt ask if i was staying. Manager had to tell him ... he could have asked. Meal on my last night had tinned peas and chopped up pizza ingredients on my pasta. Ready in less than 8 mins .... pasta was underdone !! No offer of bread and red wine was chilled and watered down. Yuk. Asked for laundry service and indicated I needed it the next day. Arrived with bundle as directed to be told the laundry is closed on Mondays. Manager said she has been working there 20 years ... did the laundry closure slip her mind. Got the feeling they staff didn't really support solo female travellers. Altogether a forgettable stay ... better customer service would help !!!!
