“Superb from start to finish”

We can’t speak highly enough of this place, we loved it from the time we checked in to the time we left. A few small things we would change, but in the great scheme of things, it did not detract from our stay. We can’t speak highly enough of this place, we loved it from the time we checked in to the time we left. A few small things we would change, but in the great scheme of things, it did not detract from our stay. Check in was easy and smooth, we were showman to our room after a glass of wine, nice and convenient parking. Room was superb- large with a bathtub in the corner, huge bathroom. Very quiet, bed was super comfortable and we had a view of the pool and vineyards. Whole property is well kept and gorgeous, we stayed in the main castle, i think there are only 8 rooms maybe. We used the spa twice during our stay, really nice both times. Food was outstanding both nights. On NYE we went to the gala dinner, which was excellent: champagne bar before hand, then a 5 course meal, followed by fireworks by the pool and a DJ until 2am. All tastefully done and really enjoyable. Special mention to 3 people - Mustapha and the lady with glasses in the dining room (sorry!) both excellent, great and efficient service, always smiling and looking to make our stay better. Caterina in reception was amazing, so welcoming, smiley and helpful, she really made our stay special. I am singling out these 3, but all the staff were great. We also brought our pet chihuahua and they were so welcoming. The vineyards are nice for a walk, even in winter. No gym in the spa, but there are tennis courts and you can rent bikes. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion or just a long weekend, you won’t regret it!

This is our third time here. Everything about the place is perfect. We enjoyed a really relaxing stay. It was just meant to be for 4 nights but we extended to 7 nights. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. The villa we stayed it is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful and honestly they cannot do enough for you. We look forward to returning again soon.
