“Night in Toulouse”

Good place for short stay in Toulouse. Free car park, bakery just next to the hotel. Everything you need from such hotel is there. It was a little bit loud there as next to it is car wash, The staff is not speaking english.

“Cheap & not very cheerful”

The room absolutely stunk of smoke which we couldn’t get rid of. The bed was hard & pillows tiny. We understand the hotel is cheap & made to a standard, but can hardly get around the bed, kept tripping over the chair & hitting head on TV. The room absolutely stunk of smoke which we couldn’t get rid of. The bed was hard & pillows tiny. We understand the hotel is cheap & made to a standard, but can hardly get around the bed, kept tripping over the chair & hitting head on TV. I also noticed the ladies cleaning the bedrooms were not changing the top cover. Not appropriate in covid times.

If it wasn't for the fact that the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, I would have given this hotel a 1 rating. I would only stay here again if I just wanted to flop down and sleep the night and leave again the next morning without unpacking my bag. Anything beyond a sleep is a… lisää

If it wasn't for the fact that the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, I would have given this hotel a 1 rating. I would only stay here again if I just wanted to flop down and sleep the night and leave again the next morning without unpacking my bag. Anything beyond a sleep is a struggle because of the limited space. I felt claustrophobic. Cons: The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is a plastic module similar to the type found in a caravan, the breakfast is very, very basic. Pros: Good staff, coffee is good, it's cheap, it's conveniently located

If you're not too concerned about space and simply looking for a bed, this is a good option. We took a room for 3 and were surprised to see how the space was optimised: one bed was hanging on top of the matrimonial one. As for the bathroom, it is tiny yet holds the basics. Most importantly, it was clean. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Toulouse, at a 5-min. walk from a large commercial center where you'll find Carrefour and several restaurants and shops. Right next to the hotel, you'll find 2 fast-foods (KFC and Quick) as well as a bakery. Service at the hotel is great. The hostess gave us a map and wise advice as to how to reach the center of Toulouse without having to pay for parking. Basically, it is best to leave your car at the Basso Cambo metro station, where parking is free for those holding a metro ticket. From Basso Cambo, there's the metro line for Balma Gramont. Stopping at the "Capitole" station leads you right at the Tourism Office and the heart of Toulouse.
