We recently started visiting French Polynesia and have stayed at Pearl Resorts three times and had a fabulous experience! At our recent stay at Le Taha'a, the General Manager (Laurant) personally greeted and welcomed us and the entire staff through the stay was just wonderful! We plan to go back there again and can gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene experience!

“Stunning property!”

Breathtaking! Stayed in a premium over water bungalow and was just beautiful! Breakfast buffet was very good! Pool was relaxing and the grounds were absolutely stunning! Breathtaking! Stayed in a premium over water bungalow and was just beautiful! Breakfast buffet was very good! Pool was relaxing and the grounds were absolutely stunning! We ordered room service every night instead of going to the restaurants and being social because we just got off a week long yacht week sailing party and were burnt out. The bedding/pillows and bed could have been better for the price. House keeping woke us up at 8:30am which there was no do not disturb door hanger in our room. But overall it’s a must book! Also the boat transfers are not included in your stay $150usd round trip per person. I thought that was kinda ridiculous when paying what you pay for a bungalow but it’s a resort you will never forget! We went to every big island on our yacht week sail and this resort takes it! Don’t stay on bora bora, stay here!

“Le Taha”

Lovely location, staff was exceptional. However, many did not speak English. Took me 25 minutes and 3 waitresses to get me a latte. Laurent the property manager was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the business. The breakfast chef was the only staff person who understood that I asked for unco… lisää

Lovely location, staff was exceptional. However, many did not speak English. Took me 25 minutes and 3 waitresses to get me a latte. Laurent the property manager was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the business. The breakfast chef was the only staff person who understood that I asked for uncooked rice as my friend dropped his cell phone in the ocean! Huge TY to him! And Big Love was awesome!!🤩

“Beautiful grounds, but inattentive service”

The grounds are lovely, but service was not great, especially at The Tiki Bar. We sat for 15 minutes at the bar before anyone greeted us or took our order, and after 30 minutes, my husband still hadn’t received his cocktail. It took 20 minutes just to get my can of Coke Zero. The grounds are lovely, but service was not great, especially at The Tiki Bar. We sat for 15 minutes at the bar before anyone greeted us or took our order, and after 30 minutes, my husband still hadn’t received his cocktail. It took 20 minutes just to get my can of Coke Zero. The following night, we ordered tapas and drinks, but the server did not have a great command of English, so we didn’t get what we ordered. The food was also hit or miss (do not order the grilled octopus, as the entire dish was covered in a squid ink foam that turned everything on the plate black, including the spinach. It did not look appetizing at all, and didn’t taste much better. The breakfast food was very good, though, and definitely the highlight of our stay. Don’t miss the Polynesian show and buffet - it was fantastic!
