Cristi and Alexandra provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They are the reason I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Bucharest/OTP.

“Great hotel, pity about the beds”

Lovely new hotel but the beds need attention. They are amazingly comfortable but they are so noisy that you wake your partner every time you rollover. Lovely new hotel but the beds need attention. They are amazingly comfortable but they are so noisy that you wake your partner every time you rollover. Obviously the managers haven’t slept in the rooms. In addition the shower leaks so bad that there was a stream of water pooling in the corner of the bathroom. However, it is a lovely hotel and in spite of waking often we did sleep fairly well. I would probably stay there again if I had an early flight departure like I did. Disappointingly the shuttle for the four minute ride to the terminal was not free and we only paid as it was raining when we left.
