Im working as a football scout in Scandinavia. Im staying in hotels 120-130 nights p year. Hotel Mårtensson is my absolutely favourite hotel. Location is top. At the end of the walking street. 3 minutes walk from the parking. Just outside you have a very nice park and behind the hotel is the river Nissan. So a perfect location for a walk or a run. The hotel has a very cosy cafe together with the recetion. Here is a very fine selection of food,cakes, tea and coffee etc and drinks and wine. The cafe has facilities inddoor and outside. I arrange all my meetings during my stay in this cafe. Then you have a very nice bar and exellent restaurant. The menu and the quality of the meals are top. Again you can sit inside or outside. There is even a roofbar. The hotel is decorated like a private cosy home. Art on the walls and very cosy furnitures. The feeling is a bit nostalgia. The rooms are so nice , like a private room at home. You are feeling so comfortable in the rooms and always looking forward to the fantastic breakfast. The hotel has a spa you can book private. When you arrive you get the feeling of being regular customer. The staff is extremely helpful and always welcoming you with a big smile. I normally stay there because of my work but a family weekend is outstanding in Hotel Mårtensson For sure my favourite hotel.

“Best environment for sucessfull family gathering ever.”

We celibrated a family event and gathered 10 family members in five very nice rooms during three days (to and from). We also booked a very nice and comfortable, private, livingroom to where we ordered a private dinner meal and spent a lovely evening. Everything was excellent, worked perfectly and a… lisää

We celibrated a family event and gathered 10 family members in five very nice rooms during three days (to and from). We also booked a very nice and comfortable, private, livingroom to where we ordered a private dinner meal and spent a lovely evening. Everything was excellent, worked perfectly and all meals (breakefast end dinner were delisious. As we are a active family the well equipped gym also suited us perfect. All personal were professional, nice and helpful. We gladly give our warmest recommendation.

Nice hotel at central location with very friendly staff. We needed some assistance as the parking garage (at walking distance) provided information in Swedish only. Nice hotel at central location with very friendly staff. We needed some assistance as the parking garage (at walking distance) provided information in Swedish only. The staff at Greta's Cafe and reception were very kind and helpful. We had a good dinner in Franz Bistro. Our room was comfortable (bathroom a bit small). During our stay, we enjoyed nice summer weather, as a result of which the room was quite warm (no functioning airconditioning :-( ). Our room was at the front above the terras, but there was no bothering noise after ca. 11.30 PM We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much, a wide variety of choices. A perfect start of the day! We hoped to enjoy a drink at the roof top bar, but it appeared to be closed twice, despite the good weather.
