My friend and I had a four night stay at Comfort Hotel Kista. In Stockholm for the IIHF World Hockey Championships. There is easy transport by subway to the city center in about 20 minutes. Located very close to a shopping center with anything you would need. Hotel is modern. All of the staff is exceptionally nice. While there is no refrigerator in the room, the staff happily provided a large bucket of ice whenever asked. Breakfast is very nice - eggs, bacon, meat, cheeses, yogurt, bread, oatmeal and other items. Breakfast was A+. One note, it is not possible to open the window to get fresh air. As a tip, leave a card in the power slot to keep the air running when you are away. If not, the room can get very warm. Keep the blackout curtains closed during the day. Overall, a very nice hotel. The staff pushes the review to a 5 star rating

“An awesome hotel for business!!”

This hotel has the perfect location, not to far to the commuter train station (5min walk), 15min to Stockholm. Also very near the mall and other important places. This hotel has the perfect location, not to far to the commuter train station (5min walk), 15min to Stockholm. Also very near the mall and other important places. The breakfast is great and also the dinner and bar. All the staff are super nice and kind!! The rooms are very calmly done, large and the TV has a streaming option that works. The restaurant is very big, not too loud at all and a place you can eat, drink or work in without disturbances. One of the best hotels!!

“A decent and affordable stay”

For Sweden's Standards a stay in this hotel was affordable. Clean rooms - no daily cleaning - decent breakfast - no espresso - kind staff and very close to mall and metro station, just 5 minutes walk. All in all it was a good stay which I highly recommend. The best way to come here from the airport… lisää

For Sweden's Standards a stay in this hotel was affordable. Clean rooms - no daily cleaning - decent breakfast - no espresso - kind staff and very close to mall and metro station, just 5 minutes walk. All in all it was a good stay which I highly recommend. The best way to come here from the airport is by taking bus no 583 and then from Marsta station by taking Pendeltag 41 to Helenelund Station - we can use the above way with your daily ticket.

“Great breakfast, great staff but location depends on your activities. And they clean your room every fifth day...”

I'm a bit torn in my review. What do you expect as a hotel guest? Friendly staff and a fantastic hotel breakfast? Then it's five stars. I'm a bit torn in my review. What do you expect as a hotel guest? Friendly staff and a fantastic hotel breakfast? Then it's five stars. But a hotel that only cleans every five days (unless you request otherwise the day before), well...no and who stays more than five days? It's just stingy and has nothing to do with environmental considerations. If you want a hotel that's well located for activities just north of Stockholm, then this is a good choice. And you need a car. So, the overall impression is so-so. But as I said, great staff and fantastic breakfast!
