“Remarkable little gem of a hotel !”

Ferry being cancelled, we were directed to this hotel and I found it cosy, staff were accomodating also when we arrived without prior notice -nice rooms, good breakfast facility and frankly excellent breakfast as per choice! +Plenty of cheeses, healthy drinks to be had, ample choice of teas, coffee machine, bread choices and what to put on them -, sausages, cheeses, ham cut cucumbers, tomatoes - I only missed the Scrambled eggs, but with this choice - who cares? Most appealing was the lovely little eggs - cut in half, boilt there was a nice little design to them and I who never chooses an egg, had two! Add also upon arrival I was thirsty and the lady behind the countrer suggested their variety of choices for craft beer and it made me try them out and it came a good experience! So, the lady sold, and that little nudge made my experience! Thank you! I will most certainly recommend others! One of their friendly regular clients offered to drive me to the bus pick-up-area, later changed for the ferry terminal, as I was very challenged with number of suitcases, and that was what I needed. It goes to show the good people staying there and is good branding for the hotel as well -pLUS that it is a family run project. Exactly, how I like it! Responsibility. P.s the location is just across from the Gotland ferry. Could not be more ideal!:)

“Great price and lovely hotel!”

A lovely little hotel well positioned for the Pendeltåg or boats for an onwards journey to Gotland, the decor inside is very nautical but rather charming. A lovely little hotel well positioned for the Pendeltåg or boats for an onwards journey to Gotland, the decor inside is very nautical but rather charming. Reception staff are great and got a taxi arranged for me (Uber and Bolt aren't that great in the area). The rooms are well equipped, a little bit of age about them though this certainly doesn't compromise the cleanliness and functionality of the rooms themselves. The balcony would be great in the summer months but my trip was in March so still a little chilly for myself though views outside were rather impressive. WiFi works pretty well, had some minor disconnections though that was probably because I was in my bed all wrapped up! The beds were comfy and both nights I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast is pretty good and plenty of choice, what you'd expect from a Swedish hotel providing breakfast and hot drinks are available when reception is open so most of the day. For those of you looking for a mini excursion before/after a Gotland adventure, I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Nynäshamn and there are some true gems in the area. Also, check out the lift if you have the time to do so, best decorated lift I've been in!

“Next time as well”

Nice friendly hotel in the center of town. Great but small rooms. Nice breakfast. Close to ferry an restaurant. Was there for business in nearby port of Norvik. Can recommend. Very busy during the summer. Free parking outside. Wifi’s Accepted

Surprisingly nice hotel in this small town. I didn't expect that much with a price range. Room was top notch with nice and comfy bed. Very,very clean room with big and clean bathroom. Staf was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than OK. I had great night sleep there. For sure I will be back.
