“A great hotel”

In one word, PERFECT !! First and foremost, great air-condition, and it’s a lot in August to get some good sleep in a cool room after getting no sleep in other hotels that have only “venting”. In one word, PERFECT !! First and foremost, great air-condition, and it’s a lot in August to get some good sleep in a cool room after getting no sleep in other hotels that have only “venting”. The rooms are very clean and the shower looks brand new. The breakfast is really nice with wide variety. Good location to get to Heide or Serengeti theme parks. And the owners are really lovely and very happy to help with whatever is needed. A great and inexpensive hotel, highly recommended.

“Another satisfied customer”

Good clean hotel and room, helpful staff, great breakfast, no evening meal but the Delphi Greek Restaurant nearby was good. Fast WiFi, room opened onto a shared 'sundeck'. TV didn't have any English language channels, but I didn't come to Germany to watch TV ;-) Would stay again.

I stayed here with my wife and 8 week old son for 4 nights while moving house. The hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. The temperature was very high during our stay so the staff were very kind to provide us with a fan even without asking. The staff were very friendly and no other guests appeared to mind that our son wasn't quite sleeping through the night by this stage. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of meats, cheeses, bread and fruit plus several other nice touches. It is a shame that there is no restaurant despite the kitchen appearing to also do catering for the local area.

My work booked this hotel due to location and 'facilities'. The hotel is great, comfortable, clean and only lacks a restaurant for an evening meal. With a restaurant it would rate 5 and excellent. My work booked this hotel due to location and 'facilities'. The hotel is great, comfortable, clean and only lacks a restaurant for an evening meal. With a restaurant it would rate 5 and excellent. I was unable to clearly understand from the receptionist if this was for one night or a permanent lack of a restaurant. For someone with limited mobility and no car, this presented me with a real problem. Fortunately my colleagues have taken me under their wing and toured me round the local restaurants; so at least I can eat in the evenings. Breakfasts are continental style and really quite pleasant. There appears to be some sort of catering award for the hotel showing a knife and fork, I don't know exactly what this means because I don't speak a word of German! And according to other reviews they run catering courses here. So it seems strange that there are no evening meals. Most websites regarding this hotel mention a restaurant. The rooms are spacious, warm and spotlessly clean. As expected the TV has mostly German channels and thankfully a couple of US channels in English. Wi-Fi connection is good, just ask at reception for the code. A kettle and instant tea/coffee is supplied in the room and its gratis. Something about 1 euro to use the coffee machine with specialty coffee and hot chocolate in the bar. Staff are pleasant and helpful, English is spoken by most staff which is a relief for a non-German speaker. And many of the room signs/ info is in German and English. Would I stay here again; a definite Yes and would I recommend the hotel to others; Yes absolutely.
