True german style hotel with excellent size of rooms, excellent beds with crisp white sheets, sitting area, desk, TV and a fridge, excellent bathroom , lots of light and all very functional. Quiet rooms, excellent breakfast with all quality foods and crisp bacon, freshly made eggs any style and a charming beer garden full of different types of beer, excellent bar foods and all outdoor. Staff extremely passionate and service minded and truly like their job. I will come back

“Four seasons menu”

We had the Four seasons menu which was excellent especially the Duck it was exquisite the service was also special are waiter Mr B spoke excellent English which made us feel at home a big thanks to the team Bullerdieck.

I've been coming to this hotel regularly (unfortunately only yearly) for the last for the last ten years or so. It would be unfair to say that the quality was very good each time. The quality was always "good" however the staff have improved the experience in nuanced each year. Friendly and helpful always - regardless of their job. Compliments to all involved. The rooms are large, light and airy. Very well appointed and very well tended. Reception very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and the staff here very friendly and accommodating - even when we on one occasion asked for breakfast 45 minutes earlier. No problem and as friendly as ever. We have eaten outside in the even - but mostly in the restaurant. As ever friendly and helpful staff, food quality is excellent. Good variety on the menu plus local or seasonal and local ware. When we are in the area, this is always the destination. If anything - the only "problem" would be that the hotel is now too well known - which means that you may not find a space to park! However the food and drinks in the restaurant are well worth the walk if you have to park around the corner!

We stayed here for one night only to pay a visit to the excellent Sprengel museum in Hannover. We stayed in de annexe "Gartenhaus" where the room was very comfortable, large, with a balcony and a clean bathroom. In the main hotel, you will find the restaurant. We stayed here for one night only to pay a visit to the excellent Sprengel museum in Hannover. We stayed in de annexe "Gartenhaus" where the room was very comfortable, large, with a balcony and a clean bathroom. In the main hotel, you will find the restaurant. The staff is very friendly the food is quite good, the breakfast buffet also. One monor point: our room suffered from traffic noise. Once in a while an airplane comes over, because the otel lies in the line of the Hannover Airport runways. It is not a very busy airport, though. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, who does not want to stay in Hannover itself.
