We enjoyed four days in a basic double room. The room was clean and contained basic amenities. The breakfast buffet changed some each day and was tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed four days in a basic double room. The room was clean and contained basic amenities. The breakfast buffet changed some each day and was tasty and plentiful. The wifi required a login each time it was accessed but was adequate for email and web access. The location is a couple of km from the train station, a nice walk to the center center and just a short distance from a grocery store. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay at Hotel Heidpark again.

“Excellent value for money”

After we had booked for a family of four at very short notice, the hotel provided a spatious, spotlessly clean room which easily accommodated two childrens' beds with breakfast thrown in for under 100 euros - truly astonishing value for money. After we had booked for a family of four at very short notice, the hotel provided a spatious, spotlessly clean room which easily accommodated two childrens' beds with breakfast thrown in for under 100 euros - truly astonishing value for money. It may be otherwise unremarkable and limited in terms of facilities, but the combination of spaciousness and cleanliness (with parquet floors) is hard to beat for this price. Thoroughly to be recommended for people on business or families travelling on a tight budget. Plentiful parking facilities directly outside the hotel.

“Going back in time.”

Stayed as a couple whilst visiting family in Luneburg. A hotel going back in time but this added to the cosy feeling rather than bland modermism. The room were big and the en-suite large. Stayed as a couple whilst visiting family in Luneburg. A hotel going back in time but this added to the cosy feeling rather than bland modermism. The room were big and the en-suite large. Maybe a few maintenence issues here and there but the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and inviting, especially when decorated for Christmas. The restaurant served a good breakfast and the staff lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk from town or an 8 minute taxi ride costing 8 euros each way. The room with breakfast was 100 euros each night for two. All in all, a nice stay and I will be using the hotel again. Thank you.

“Stuck in the 80/90s”

The staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean, but I don't think it has seen any new furniture or so since the mid 90s. Felt a bit like an old people's home. Room was not very warm despite having the heating on full. Bed was very small. I guees it was quite ok for the price charged.

Stayed here for one night June 2017. Quick registration, rom nice size and bathroom had what we needed. Need update and renovation, cleaning could have been better (old dirt in sockets and in general something lacking most places). The mattresses in beds were worn. Need update and renovation, cleaning could have been better (old dirt in sockets and in general something lacking most places). The mattresses in beds were worn. However, dogs are welcome and it’s walking trails outside. Breakfast was nice in a clean and spacious rom.
