“Business Trip Gem”

This hotel was great for what I needed on my business trip. The rooms are super clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, WiFi worked great and there’s plenty of work space in the business suite. This hotel was great for what I needed on my business trip. The rooms are super clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, WiFi worked great and there’s plenty of work space in the business suite. I also think it’s important to mention that I traveled alone and felt very safe in the area. There’s breakfast and dinner available during your stay which is a big bonus. I rated the hotel a 4 for a few reasons. There is not a lot of storage for your items, no ice machine and no fridge.

“Very convenient for the motorway”

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Easily found just off the A2 autobahn to Berlin. There's nothing much around this so only suitable for an overnight stop en-route to somewhere. Good restaurant with outside seating which is pleasant on a summers evening.

“Tarnished by staff people skills”

The rooms were nice and roomy. Unfortunately no coffee making facilities in the room. We arrived at the hotel at 19:00 hrs. We picked this hotel as it had a Tesla charging facility. The rooms were nice and roomy. Unfortunately no coffee making facilities in the room. We arrived at the hotel at 19:00 hrs. We picked this hotel as it had a Tesla charging facility. Upon arrival we noticed a hotel owned vehicle parked on the two Tesla charging spaces. As I was low on charge I asked the female receptionist if the vehicle could be moved to allow us to charge. The response was an abrupt no. Other chargers were on site but could not connect. A more customer focus would be beneficial and would make the stay more enjoyable The cost of morning breakfast seemed rather expensive and you are charged for parking overnight. A cheap night hotel stop over can quite easily escalate in price

“Nice and clean”

We were a group of people that arrived rather late due to problems during the trip. A nice buffet was waiting for us. The room was clean with rather hard beds. Ok breakfast except for the bread,which was a bit dry.

“Basic hotel”

Stayed there 2 nights while organising a stand @ Hannover Messe. It says 4 stars but this exaggerated. 3 would be more relevant for this modest hotel. Rooms are basic, bed is quite small. Breakfast was ok. Personnel is helpful and friendly. Very disturbing Internet.
