“Fantastic stay and good location!”

We spent 7 nights at the Hotel Hofmann zur Muehle. The room is well appointed and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The area is quiet so we were able to sleep with the windows open and enjoyed waking up to birds singing in the morning. The breakfast was excellent - up to a 3-star h… lisää

We spent 7 nights at the Hotel Hofmann zur Muehle. The room is well appointed and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The area is quiet so we were able to sleep with the windows open and enjoyed waking up to birds singing in the morning. The breakfast was excellent - up to a 3-star hotel standard, the personnel were very friendly and most helpful. Walking distance to city center. Parking in front of the hotel. Clean, quiet, good location, good staff. All in all I would recommend staying here to anyone else and I would stay here again if I made a return visit.

The first thing you notice is how nice this Hotel looks from the outside, due to the lovely arrangements of flowers around the entrance and surrounds. The first thing you notice is how nice this Hotel looks from the outside, due to the lovely arrangements of flowers around the entrance and surrounds. The second thing is the very warm welcome you get from all of the staff. The crowning glory is, however, the room. We had room 12 an extremely well proportioned room with a large balcony with table and chairs. The breakfast was as good and varied as we expected it to be. The whole Hotel has been decorated by someone with taste as the decor throughout makes an excellent impression. Bad Krozingen is a pleasant town with a number of good restaurants and is also a good base for travelling around the region. We could not recommend this Hotel highly enough and would look forward to a return visit.

This is a superb hotel with lots of character. It is very well maintained and very clean. This is a superb hotel with lots of character. It is very well maintained and very clean. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and we were even shown to our room, which was a very nice personal touch. All of the staff we met were very friendly. This is a family-run hotel that obviously prides itself on making guest feel welcome. Bad Krozingen is an interesting town, and this hotel is ideally placed to explore. The immediate area is very quiet but there is a good choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The park and spa are about 10 minutes walk away. There is free off-road parking. The parking spaces are just off of the street, but the are feels very safe and I was quite happy to leave my car there (we were stopping here as part of a much longer trip so we left a lot of luggage in the car overnight, but I had no worries about this). There are some lovely spots in the hotel's grounds to sit and sunbathe or read - tables and chairs at the front or sun chairs on the grass at the back. The excellent buffet breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was an extensive buffet. We enjoyed our sort stay at this hotel - we enjoyed the hotel and the town. There is enough here for a longer stay - maybe 4-5 days - and we definitely intend to return, maybe next year.
