We recently stayed for four nights at this gem of a hotel which nestles in the beautiful, vine-covered mountains of the Black Forest. We were very impressed by the high standard throughout and the excellent service we received from all the staff. The owners are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The newly refurbished dining areas create a very relaxing atmosphere in which we enjoyed delicious food of a very high standard. Breakfast in particular is amazing and has an extensive range of local foods. It is the best continental breakfast we have ever experienced. Our room was immaculate with lots of storage space and a large comfortable bed. Hotel facilities include a beautiful swimming pool with loungers and windows which open out onto a small sun terrace. We really recommend this hotel - it is excellent value and well worth a visit.

“Tour of Europe”

Stayed a couple of nights on 2 week tour, hotel staff welcoming and room was spacious and comfortable. We had a half board deal and breakfast was the best of our tour with great fresh fruit, the evening meal was great and staff very friendly. 28 of us stayed here during our BMW motorcycle club tour of the area. We spent 3 nights in this delightful hotel in the heart of the German countryside, surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees. The staff were excellent and the food good. There was a swimming pool and spa area which was used by us all to great it's utmost all in all an excellent stay.

“Excellent Value”

We stayed one night on our way to Toscany. A nice little located in a small city beneath the hills. The hotel has a small pool which is good for the kids after a long drive. We stayed one night on our way to Toscany. A nice little located in a small city beneath the hills. The hotel has a small pool which is good for the kids after a long drive. Rooms are big and clean, and the hotel is very quite. In the hotel is the restaurant Pinot and there is no reason to go elsewhere. The food is superb and the service even so. The breakfast has plenty of options for young and old. All in all excellent value.
