“Fantastic hotel”
They are fantastic with lone travelers. I also am dairy intolerant and they provided me alternative milk. The staff are friendly and helpful and helped me as an international with no German-speaking skills find my way around and shorter roots to the place I was attending. “Nice hotel in central Lorrach”
We picked this hotel as a stop-over traveling from France to Switzerland. Glad we did. They have an underground parking area which does cost money. The folks at the reception desk spoke wonderful English, got us checked in, provided maps of the town, and restaurant recommendations. Our room was… lisää

“Best hotel and restaurant in the area”
We were there with the Family. Excellent experience. On the reception they gave small presents for the kids and treats for the dog! Very clean rooms. Personnel is just perfect: kind, well attended, intelligent, officiant. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic! Really Haute cuisine

“Very friendly and helpful”
The hotel has a great location in the center of Lörrach. There is also a Parkhaus within the same building and access is easy. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great stay.

“Well located, clean, but really outdated”
While it is well located (in the center of the town of Lörrach) and very clean, this hotel is really out-dated. It seems it has not been renovated in 30 years or more, and it shows.
