“Good hotel but a couple of issues during our stay.”

5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down. Day 1 no housekeeping due to illness. Had to go to reception for clean towels etc. Compensated with a free drink which was good. Day 2, we were given hand towels instead of bath towels and full bin wasn’t emptied. Day 3, no bath mat left and empty tissue box not replaced. Other than that this is a pretty good hotel. Comfortable beds. Need more than one pillow though as they are quite flat. Tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. Good size bathroom. Aircon didn’t work too well so slept with window open. Very quiet area so no issues with noise. Breakfast was basic but nice and fresh. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the centre. 10 mins to the train station. Only one lift though, so when checking out had to wait about 10 minutes for an empty lift. Lift goes to the top and works its way down. We were on level 1. Really needs two lifts.

“Clean and modern - friendly staff.”

A very good all round stay. Rooms were of a good size, with a good desk for working. Wifi reliable with good speed. Very good bathroom and everything was fresh &/or new and all working and clean. A very good all round stay. Rooms were of a good size, with a good desk for working. Wifi reliable with good speed. Very good bathroom and everything was fresh &/or new and all working and clean. Only problem I (and a few of my colleagues in other rooms) experienced was that the AC was underpowered and I could not get the room to cool down enough, even after opening the window. Breakfast was good with boiled eggs, plenty of pastry, bread, yoghurt, cold meats and fruit options. Whilst the hotel foyer may appear dead most times, don't be fooled as there are usually bus tour groups that come in late and leave early and can make breakfast very busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful (with English and French language). Location is good too - on the edge of the shopping precinct, close to parkland and a number of restaurants and about 20mins walk from the train station. Would happily stay again.

“Overall troublefree stay in a clean Holiday Inn Express, great customer service”

A very clean and seemingly a quite new hotel in Singen that was very clean in and out. The room was quite small, in particular when the extra bed was opened, but it was perfectly fine for a one night stopover. The staff was very friendly and we were treated extremely well. A very clean and seemingly a quite new hotel in Singen that was very clean in and out. The room was quite small, in particular when the extra bed was opened, but it was perfectly fine for a one night stopover. The staff was very friendly and we were treated extremely well. The breakfast was quite simple, but sufficient for all purposes. A bit of hassle with the pandemic safety measures, but fully understandable. The outside parking lot (7€) was packed, but there´s a garage with plenty of space under the hotel (10€). We did not spend any time in Singen, but drove to Konstanz for dinner and exploring the city. Would recommend easily this hotel. We even had a view of the Hohentwiel volcano from our room.

“Excellent Hotel Nicely located”

The Hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station and a short walk to the city center. Front desk staff is very efficient, professional and helpful. They speak very nice English so communication is smooth. Rooms are quite big with all amenities. Breakfast spread is good. Had a very nic… lisää

The Hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station and a short walk to the city center. Front desk staff is very efficient, professional and helpful. They speak very nice English so communication is smooth. Rooms are quite big with all amenities. Breakfast spread is good. Had a very nice stay and surely will stay again when in this area.
