I stayed there 2 years ago on my own for a chill-out time and having been to another spa hotel last Christmas I realize how lovely this place is. The Spa facilities are amazing - especially the thermal pool on the roof. Even the gym is fun here. The buffet of organic food at lunchtime was great. Dinner was a bit drawn-out for someone on their own but I made some friends with other ladies staying on their own - great for couples. The tea bar is lovely - there is St Leonhard water everywhere. The room is all natural - no nasty smells. You don't need to go anywhere else!

“Very relaxing”

I stayed here twice this year, once solo and once with my husband, most recently travelling alone in July. Rooms comfortable and tastefully decorated with solid wood furniture. Bathrooms ok. Balconies great for relaxing especially if you are at the back with a view of the garden. Very friendly service. Free mineral water everywhere. Excellent breakfast buffet. The food in the evening was generally good and gave value for money but both the asparagus soup and the pumpkin one were pretty tasteless so I suppose soups are not their chef's strong point. Good wines also available by the 1/8 l glass. The staff were helpful and friendly. The wellness and fitness areas are pleasant and the location is peaceful and the garden is a wonderful place to relax in fine weather. I had a facial on my first visit, which was an enjoyable experience. The back massage I had on my second stay was everything but relaxing. I wouldnt bother with that again. All in al though my stay here was an enjoyable, relaxing experience. I hope to return soon. I didnt use room service so cannot judge it. Having accidentally clicked on it in the list though, I can't reverse my selection.

Very relaxing And conforteable hotel! !great Rooms Big Spa And wellness area. .With An indoor And another external swimming pool! !Very warm! !excellent tables for breakfast. .Very complete And Bio! !compliments

“bio quality, some service problems”

This is a fantastic hotel a gem really. I like both of the pools, the gym, the treatments, the free good water, bio lunch, vio breakfast, bio dinner. On the negative side the service in restaurant is painstakingly slow and the salt room was broken.
