This modern spa hotel is quiet. At the reception you get a friendly welcome. The hotel rooms are large and modern, but not air-conditioned. At night you can sleep with the windows open. The showers are a bathtub with curtain. The pressure in the water pipes was surprisingly low. The hotel building is big. The distances to the restaurant, to the pools or to the reception are partly quite far. Because there are only a few lifts, you sometimes have to wait a bit longer. Starting at 06.30 in the morning there is an excellent breakfast buffet. The pools are unfortunately open beginning at 07.00 o’clock. This is not for early risers who want to swim first and then have breakfast in the morning. The basic price for the overnight stays in this beautiful hotel is appropriate but further amenities will be charged, including mineral water in the hotel rooms (only the first bottle is free), parking in the underground car park, better Internet connectivity, bath robe rental and much more. Besides German, English is the second language in this spa hotel. Everything is bilingual, as well as the nicely designed website. In the hotel rooms there are German and a few English TV programs, which is fine.

“Nice hotel”

We stayed here overnight on our way to Austria. We booked a family room for 4 and were very impressed. The room was massive, it was in fact a suite which included a seating area with sofa and 2 armchairs, a walk in wardrobe and a separate room for the kids with a balcony (with chairs and table). We stayed here overnight on our way to Austria. We booked a family room for 4 and were very impressed. The room was massive, it was in fact a suite which included a seating area with sofa and 2 armchairs, a walk in wardrobe and a separate room for the kids with a balcony (with chairs and table). The decor is indeed very tired and old fashioned but given that the room was impeccably clean, very spacious and we got a good deal by booking directly through hotel, we were very happy. Pool is great with indoor and outdoor. We had dinner at the bar and this was not very good, we would not eat there again, although waiter was lovely.

“Sunny pool and great food”

Stayed 4 nights. It's clear that the hotel could use some redecorating to reflect modern styles but what is there is clean (apart from stained carpet in my room) and welcoming. The staff are happy and cheerful, the swimming pool outside is very pleasant and the other spa facilities looked good alth… lisää

Stayed 4 nights. It's clear that the hotel could use some redecorating to reflect modern styles but what is there is clean (apart from stained carpet in my room) and welcoming. The staff are happy and cheerful, the swimming pool outside is very pleasant and the other spa facilities looked good although i didn't try them. Breakfast buffet was excellent; fresh pastries and rolls and super coffee. I dined there once and that was also high quality. The beer orders took quite a while to come over but we were a large group. Only real issue was the lack of air con as the week has been extremely hot.

“A bit tired”

Rooms are definitely dated as are bathrooms and would benefit from an update. Staff are friendly but there were a lot of flies buzzing around the reception area. Admittedly it was July and hot, but it was not that nice. We had one buffet dinner , which was ok . I would say the breakfast buffet is b… lisää

Rooms are definitely dated as are bathrooms and would benefit from an update. Staff are friendly but there were a lot of flies buzzing around the reception area. Admittedly it was July and hot, but it was not that nice. We had one buffet dinner , which was ok . I would say the breakfast buffet is better than the dinner buffet. I had emailed the hotel prior to our stay and requested renovated rooms, but they said as we had booked through a tour operator so they could not give us those. We had 3 rooms. I don't think I would stay here again.
