“Good value for money!”

Very easy to access from the airport by train. Room and bed quite small but still good, clean and great blackout curtains. Very nice front desk staff. If you skipped cleaning you got a free beer :-) City center is just a few blocks away with the tram or train. Breakfast options easily found nearby.

The hotel itself is nice, well-located, super-convenient, and safe. The room we booked was super small though, to the extent that there was no place to put our suitcases to get our things. The hotel itself is nice, well-located, super-convenient, and safe. The room we booked was super small though, to the extent that there was no place to put our suitcases to get our things. We were constantly moving things around to get to bed, outlets, our day packs. If you are solo-traveling with carry-ons only, or are local and looking for a quick getaway, this is a great hotel. For us, spending a week there was a bit tight. There are also a few bait-and-switches you'll encounter. - There's a QR code in the lobby and elevator for "breakfast menu" but when you go there, it's just a list of local cafes. - The "go green" option stated that in exchange for only changing towels and not fully cleaning the room, you could get beer, bottled water, or juice in the lobby in the morning. We chose this option, but they didn't do anything to the room, and there was only bottled water and beer; no juice. We ended up not doing the eco-friendly option since we needed at minimum the trash emptied. The neighborhood around the hotel is fantastic. Werksviertel-mitte is a great, artsy community with a Trastavere / Soho urban-art vibe. A super short walk to the Ostbahnhof station and you're anywhere in Munich with a half-hour train ride at most. Lots of great food options, easily walkable (even with some construction going on), and very convenient. We'd stay here again, but definitely either pack lighter, or look at the other room options.

“Are you expecting to sleep?”

The room itself was fine. What you would expect for the price. The room was small but clean and suitable for one person. Two would have been a bit of a squeeze to move around. The room itself was fine. What you would expect for the price. The room was small but clean and suitable for one person. Two would have been a bit of a squeeze to move around. My issue is that there seems to be absolutely no soundproofing. Everything from other rooms, down the hall, and outside can be heard. There was loud music and yelling coming from outside until 5:00 am I heard people in the hallway, doors slamming, and talking pretty much the entire night. Thankfully I had ear plugs but even so, I didn’t get much sleep. I’ve stayed in hostels that were quieter than this. Bottom line, if you’re there to get sleep, avoid it and find somewhere else. If you just need a space to store your luggage or shower, then it’s probably fine.
