We wanted to stay for a few days in Munich and were looking for a serviced apartment instead of a regular hotel. The M120 is a modern serviced hotel apartment, the rooms are very bright as there are many windows and a big balcony, very clean and have a good small kitchen with a small cooker, microwave and a fridge. We had the family apartment with 2 rooms, each room had a TV. Although the hotel is next to a main street, most of the apartments are more in the back and you can't hear the street. The design of the bathroom/toilet is slightly awkward, but ok, the toilet has no sink, so you have to walk after the toilet into the bathroom to wash your hands. Free Wifi and easy parking in the basement for 5EUR per day is ok. A dishwasher would be nice, but there is probably not really space for it. Towels are changed daily and there is a basic cleaning every day as well. What we really liked is the location, although it's in the north of Munich and a bit outside of the city. Within 5-10 minutes you reach the Isar river and can run or bike along the Isar towards English Garden of Munich. A small bakery is very close and different supermarkets are not far away. I recommend to have a car. Munich city center can be reached by public transport, within 10-15 minutes you reach the train station and the train needs around 25 minutes to the centre. If you like to be more in the centre, this might be a bit too far outside, however we preferred this location as you can do from here also day trips around Munich and easily reach by car the A99 ring Autobahn. Check-in and check-out were very easy and straight forward. Overall an excellent place, however not a cheap option, but this might be as well, because we chose the family apartment which is usually for 4 people.

“Would definitely stay again!”

Wonderful hospitality. We were greeted with a smile and the owner made sure we were happy with everything. She said if we had extended status in the future, she has another building that is only about a year old. For the price, I don't know if we could have found a better place. The rooms are clean… lisää

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. I would book here again.

“Nice place”

it is brand new hotel, nice rooms and balcony, bed is comfy and big enough, clean room, average tv, clean bathroom, nice kitchen with full equipment, really helpfull and nice staff, breakfast is ok what you pay for...little out of city center, you have to take bus and then S-Bahn or U-Bahn to the c… lisää

it is brand new hotel, nice rooms and balcony, bed is comfy and big enough, clean room, average tv, clean bathroom, nice kitchen with full equipment, really helpfull and nice staff, breakfast is ok what you pay for...little out of city center, you have to take bus and then S-Bahn or U-Bahn to the city... also had dinner and it was nice too... there is free park in street near hotel or you can use hotel car park for 5€ daily... there is Wi-Fi in hotel but it was little weak signal for 3rd floor...

The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. There is a very convenient elevator from the basement parking to the rooms. It’s not as close to Munich as I thought. You have to check in and out at a different location down the street. Breakfast was at the same location as check in down the street, so I wasn’t expecting that. Depending on how important location is for you, this may actually be a great place for you.
