“Surprisingly awesome!”

The hotel looked absolutely spotless. I was also pleasantly surprised by how new it was. And even if the housekeeping could not come because they were overwhelmed, I received compensation by the form of a free drink! I must say, this was the best stay I’ve had in an Ibis Styles.

I stayed in this hotel in 4th September 2024 and it was good choice . There is a train S8 from airport then need to take metro U5 to station Neuperlach Zentrum. When arrive take exit "Perlach Plaza" and escalators up. There is shopping center opposite the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants… lisää

I stayed in this hotel in 4th September 2024 and it was good choice . There is a train S8 from airport then need to take metro U5 to station Neuperlach Zentrum. When arrive take exit "Perlach Plaza" and escalators up. There is shopping center opposite the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants-- Kaufland, Media Markt, DM shop,Primark, Müller.Lidl under the hotel. Bed is comfortable, rooms and hotel has nice design. I highly recommend this hotel. I only regret that there is no fridge in the room which would be nice to keep water there etc. Hope hotel chain will consider this in the future.

“Not an Ibis Style value”

Rooms and facilities are more at Ibis standard level, than Ibis Styles Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable and adequate in size for a short stay. Rooms and facilities are more at Ibis standard level, than Ibis Styles Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable and adequate in size for a short stay. Good windows soundproof, not so good for the walls between rooms. We had a Family&co package booked directly with Accor, as I am a Silver member. Good value for money of this package and we had adiacent interconnecting rooms. However, we experienced some bad issues, most likely generated by the staff inflexibility and lack of attention (hope this was the reasons and not wanting to charge us more) : - first, in the All Accor app we were presented with the option for breakfast at 9 EUR per adult. Our package was by default without breakfast and not possibility to take this option at booking time. All ok, since after booking, in the booking page of the app was the option for 9 eur breakfast. At the hotel they refused to allow us this option stating that we should have take it when booking and charged 16 eur per adult. This even if I explained to them that this was not possible and showed the the official info on All Accor app. They told us to take it with Accor, as their hotel is only a franchise. - Moreover, on the first day my wife took breakfast with our children (charge 2 adults). When checking out, we were surprised to find out that they registered the breakfast for 2 days, instead of 1. This was finally solved, but the feeling that they tried to charge more remain. - we wanted to use 18000 points to pay for the booking. They state it that we can pay max 200 eur in points (10000 points). This I clearly not understand. They blame it again on Accor. All above was discussed with the reception manager (do not remember her name). Other point - not able to benefit from the silver member status perks (like late checkout, welcome drink) . The reception manager offer only 1 hour late checkout (practically just to not say no), justified by need of all rooms due to Adele concert. However, not able to escape the overall feeling on her lack of weelingness to help. Also, if you need your room clean, you need to announce 1 day prior to the reception. A good policy regarding the cleaning, but more flexibility for announcing time should be more beneficial for guests. I do not recommend the hotel if you want to benefit from your All Accor status. The good thing was the value for money for the family package. Otherwise, I will not return.
