“Great couldn't be better”

The really friendly service from the two women working in the reception really surprised me. Its such a nice thing to get treated well when you just arrived to the country, its a big stress relief to get kind help from them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Incredible staff, cosy stay, and a memory we’ll never forget” We stayed here last year and had accidentally booked the hotel for the following month by mistake. It was around 2am, pitch black, freezing cold with heavy snow falling — the temperature had dropped to minus 10°C and we were exhausted with nowhere to stay. Thankfully, the reception staff came to the rescue. One staff member in particular — a young man wearing glasses and a woolly hat (I wish I could remember his name!) — went above and beyond to help us. He kindly cancelled our incorrect booking, helped us secure a new room on the spot, and made sure we were checked in comfortably despite the late hour. He couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding, especially given the situation. The room was clean and warm, exactly what we needed after such a stressful night. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One thing we really loved was the unique atmosphere — you’re encouraged to cook your own meal and bring your own bottle of wine down to the shared restaurant area. It made the stay feel really personal and relaxed, like a home away from home. We truly appreciated the kindness shown to us that night, and I’m honestly sorry it’s taken me this long to leave this review. If we stay again — and we’d love to — we’ll be sure to get that staff member’s name and thank him properly. Thank you again for everything. You turned what could have been a nightmare into a warm and memorable experience. Highly recommended for both the people and the place. 🌟

“A gem of a hotel!”

I almost cancelled my booking after seeing some lower rated reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t! The hotel is on a great location with metro station a 1 minute walk away, or secure underground parking on site. Even the basic Revo rooms are lovely, but we were kindly offered an upgrade to a Loft upo… lisää

I almost cancelled my booking after seeing some lower rated reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t! The hotel is on a great location with metro station a 1 minute walk away, or secure underground parking on site. Even the basic Revo rooms are lovely, but we were kindly offered an upgrade to a Loft upon check-in (which I would really recommend for extra space and comfort) for a fantastic price. All reception staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to view two room styles before we decided whether to upgrade or not. The supermarket below the hotel has everything you need and the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious! I couldn’t fault anything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay here again.
