“Excellent place to stay.”

We stayed here one night in September 2025 in a Suite/ Apartment with 2 bedrooms (unfortunately with carpet), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine) and a bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel has airconditioning and its own parking spaces. The beds are too soft for us but the shower and WiFi are excellent. Cleaning could be better: one trash can in the kitchen has not been emptied and one drawer in one of the bedrooms contained candies from previous guests.

From the moment you arrive and throughout your stay the reception staff are all excellent and really friendly who cannot do enough to accommodate your needs. Breakfast has enough choices to make the start of your day get off to a great start, however, some variation, day to day, would be nice as it was the same every morning. Rooms are excellent and much bigger than nearby hotels so I was really impressed and will probably choose this over my normal hotel (it was fully booked so could not stay there). Location is brilliant as you can walk to the train station very easily (especially on Sunday as this is the only shop open where you can buy essentials). The town centre is just around the corner where you have many choices for food and entertainment and all are walkable distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Rosenheim.

“Location and nice service”

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Location is very near to the train station and at the center. With all amenities nearby. Service is good and so do the rooms. Breakfast was fine. Rate was a little high which varies according to date and week-by-week. Our was at the higher side.

This place is right in the centre of the town. Great location. Also has some parking. Staff were really cheerful and totally helpful when we walked in out of a rainstorm like the draggled dogs and managed to get a drink at the bar. The interior is really somewhat out of date. This place is right in the centre of the town. Great location. Also has some parking. Staff were really cheerful and totally helpful when we walked in out of a rainstorm like the draggled dogs and managed to get a drink at the bar. The interior is really somewhat out of date. But everything is functional. Room is decent size bathroom okay. This is a convenient choice if you need to be in the town.

“Simple hotel with Small Simple Room”

Location is good but the hotel is very simple, room was smaller than it would be, without kettle etc. Standing show is small even for me (5ft10, slim-ish). Breakfast is simple. Service was okay - nothing to shout about, they did their job. Lift capacity is small if you carry luggage.
