Breakfast here was easily the highlight of our stay! The ambiance is lovely but comfortable and the dining room was spotless. They have thought of everything when it comes to amenities, from the fresh juice selection to the perfectly brewed cappuccinos and the Omelette station was great with selections. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Yanay and Emma provided some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. They were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. It’s rare to find service this genuine, and they made our morning special making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

“I recommend it”

The receptionist accommodated us so well. We arrived way too early, around 9am. Waited at the lobby since we couldn’t go nowhere as the shops are still closed. The receptionist accommodated us so well. We arrived way too early, around 9am. Waited at the lobby since we couldn’t go nowhere as the shops are still closed. The receptionist allowed us to stay at the lobby and after an hour he came up to us and said he is trying to get us check in early, looking for a free room and he did! We were able to get into our room at 11am which is so nice of him as we are so tired. Too bad I didn’t get his name but he can pass as an Arab or Indian I’m not sure, a bit long hair. Thank you! It was a good stay!

The location is excellent if you are visiting messe with easy access to public transport. The location is excellent if you are visiting messe with easy access to public transport. The check in was super smooth with the lady at the counter greeting with a very warm approach, which was heartwarming after a long flight . I took a room which was at 15th floor. It was quite spacious (unlike those tight rooms in Europe), spic clean & with an amazing view of the skyline. Room had a nespresso coffee machine apart from a very helpful steam press. . The bathroom featured a large walking shower with head and rainfall feature. A big thank-you to all the staff, always attentive and professional. The only improvement or suggestion if you say is for a vegetarian like me staying at the property, if we can have some more options in the breakfast (that apart the spread was simply amazing). Will definitely visit again 😊
