“Convenient and very decent for the price”

I stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, and it is safe to say that quality of service is consistent. The staff are friendly and competent, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. I stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, and it is safe to say that quality of service is consistent. The staff are friendly and competent, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. It appears the establishment was recently renovated, so everything looks neat. There are several TV channels in German, English and French. The rooms I slept in were air-conditioned, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very close to the city's major transport hub, and to the city hall. At the moment, works are under way on the main road, making the location a little noisy in the morning, but this is a temporary inconvenience. In short, money well spent!

“Value for money ”

Simple Hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is very good and staffs are friendly. Its just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral (Dom). There are many restaurants at walkable distance. Private parking available. Value for money!!

nicely located in Gelsenkirchen-Buer, room 2 was big, nicely decorated, clean, walking distance to the center with shops, restaurants. good buffet breakfast. friendly staff. on the down side it was a twin bed room which is not ideal for couples. would appreciate access to english speaking channels … lisää

“Great location and breakfast”

This was a nice budget hotel. The breakfast room is really nice and cosy. We stayed in another building 5 minutes away and there the rooms have their own kitchens, which is also nice. Very near to town centre so you can walk for restaurants or shopping. The negatives are, the rooms are big but sme… lisää

Very near to town centre so you can walk for restaurants or shopping. The negatives are, the rooms are big but smell of cigarettes. The beds need renovation. The toilet was a joke, it was so near the wall, you can not sit on it.
