“Good hotel with good food”

As the title suggests this is a good hotel with nice rooms and a good level of service. The food in both restaurant and bar is very good. It has a pool and spa if that is your bag. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel for business.

On the positive side, the hotel and room were quiet, breakfast was OK, and the spa and pools are wow ! and there are 6 E chargers outlet on the massive parking (not gated). This hotel must be reached by car, but they charge you 6.5€ to park, it should be part of the room package, ridiculous to cha… lisää

This hotel must be reached by car, but they charge you 6.5€ to park, it should be part of the room package, ridiculous to charge parkinf separately when there is no other way but cars, to reach this place. We booked for 2 adults + 1 kid, but they charged us an additional 20€ for a tiny floor mattress where our 7 y/o was just barely fitting, while the hotel was empty and they could easily set us in a bigger room fitting a roll away bed. This was shameless and gridy too.

“Wonderful Hotel (but the SPA...)”

We’ve been there twice (January 2018 and 2019). First time everything was perfect, only the breakfast was not exceptional and prices of the bar a little bit high in our opinion. We’ve been there twice (January 2018 and 2019). First time everything was perfect, only the breakfast was not exceptional and prices of the bar a little bit high in our opinion. Swimming pool and SPA very nice. This year instead we noticed a worsening on the relax area management (internal swimming pool had broken whirlpool and it was little dirty, rude customers were leaving empty glasses and bottles on the area and no one was removing, stairs were dangerously slippery (I suggest rubber mats there to avoid some serious accident), the water on the external pool was little bit cold, but the worst was in the SPA where despite the rules of the hotel NO ONE was controlling the guests with the majority of them entering the area with swimsuits or even the slippers on the sauna or Turkish bath... which means to me poor hygienic conditions. I recommend a stronger control, at that time completely absent).

“Far out from the center – will not go there again”

Positive - friendly personnel - free wifi, no password, once logged in it was fine for my whole stay (no complicated log in process) Negative - rooms are a little bit outworn - breakfast is basic, nothing special - only two tiny elevators, and one was out of order - staircase is also very narrow …… lisää

“Convenient place to stay.”

Pleasant staff. Room clean and spacious but did not have air con although other rooms have. Had to sleep with windows open but woken during night by loud bangs. Fireworks? Separate WC to bathroom. Pleasant area outside to sit and have a drink. Food tasty but there is a limited menu. The lifts are small and there can be congestion when coach parties arrive. OK for a short stay.
