Parking - park behind hotel and pay Eur 0.50/hr for peak hours only ( evening/night time and weekends is free) Nearby has shops and downstairs is cafe This hotel has no elevator. Will have to haul your own luggage up the stairs Staff are generally not proficient in English I like staying at this place because of proximity to my office.

Had reviewed this hotel last year, found it to be good. Stayed again 5nights and found it to be mostly the same. Had reviewed this hotel last year, found it to be good. Stayed again 5nights and found it to be mostly the same. However, in the recent visit there was a particular smell coming from the toilet, something needs to be done about it! The good thing is that now there is body wash & shampoo (2 in one) added to the toilet, so no longer need to bring your own soap! By the way, there are 2 small bottles of free water and 2 small packs of sweets given when you arrive in the room. Probably because of Interpack in Dusseldorf the hotel rate is very high for this visit!

This hotel is located above a Cafe called Cafe New York and consists of 2 small floors. Rooms are very nice but lack amenities - you will need to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo and body wash. This hotel is located above a Cafe called Cafe New York and consists of 2 small floors. Rooms are very nice but lack amenities - you will need to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo and body wash. There is only hand soap provided. Hairdryer and towels are provided. Room service is good and they come to clean the room everyday. Location wise, it is very good as there are many shops downstairs and the cafe also serves good food. If you need to get to a supermarket, there is one within short walking distance. Just turn right when coming out of the cafe and walk straight until you reach the square with many shops. Turn left and you will see an area with water feature. Walk straight and you will reach the mall with the supermarket Kaiser. The only problem with the hotel is the noise. Because it is located directly above the cafe, it gets pretty noisy in the evenings. The entrance to the hotel is awkward - during cafe hours, you can enter through the cafe but during late hours - you will have to enter from the back of the building through a steel staircase. The staff are very friendly (they are the waiters in the cafe!) and breakfast has a good selection but the selection is fixed everyday and does not change. Note that this "hotel" is really a cafe with rooms.. there are no fitness facilities, room service or any other facilities of a big hotel.
