“Excellent location but Internet not work”

I use this place quite often and happy with Service, installations and breakfast. Only problem is the Internet; slow not stable and in most of locations not available. “Very accommodating”

I stayed 10 days here. The staff was eager to ensure needs were met. Once checked in clerk took me to my room, and also showed me where breakfast was at in morning. I stayed 10 days here. The staff was eager to ensure needs were met. Once checked in clerk took me to my room, and also showed me where breakfast was at in morning. To give an example of helpfulness: Sunday I had to do laundry, they exchanged 5 euros for coins and I was personally shown were laundry room was. I did not have laundry soap, and local was was closed, they provided me soap! German breakfest is different than American, but nonetheless it was excellent, fresh bread every morning! Only negative is wifi access in room is poor and you only have 6 hrs per a day. Can't wait to stay again!

“Design budget hotel in spa village”

I stayed 3 nights there. Hotel looks very modern, equipped with simple and modest furniture (Ikea style). I missed any wardrobe in the room. I stayed 3 nights there. Hotel looks very modern, equipped with simple and modest furniture (Ikea style). I missed any wardrobe in the room. There was only one rack with some hangers and one shoe rack for cca 8 pairs of shoes :) The bath room was small - several times I accidentally touched lever mixer tap and scalded myself. The WiFi connection was not good - the speed of internet was sometimes unusable, even if there was wifi router in the hallway across from my room. The lobby was spacious and equipped with 2 computers. Breakfast was OK - rich and varied.

“This is a place for seniors only!”

I can't believe that you get internet access for only 6h a day!!! One account with a ridiculous password, per device...available only 6h! The village is in the middle of nowhere, 1h away from the closest normal town (Dortmund). The hotel looks fancy, but it doesn't even have a cocktail bar or rest… lisää

I can't believe that you get internet access for only 6h a day!!! One account with a ridiculous password, per device...available only 6h! The village is in the middle of nowhere, 1h away from the closest normal town (Dortmund). The hotel looks fancy, but it doesn't even have a cocktail bar or restaurant. For a 35 years old person stuck here for 2 weeks... this location is booooooring as Hell! Laundry is in the basement and you have to use your own detergent and softener (WTH?!). Bottom line... if you are over 60, this is the perfect place for you! if not.. run as far as possible! P.S. The breakfast is fabulous! :)
