“Enjoyable stay”

We stayed here just one night but we find it very good. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds, the restaurant had a good dinner menu. Very good breakfast also. When you have a late arrival to a hotel, you appreciate a warm and help service at the reception: this is not the case here. They refuse to open (automatic system) the direct access door from the parking area and you have to go around the building, even if it's raining. We came with our reservatio… lisää

When you have a late arrival to a hotel, you appreciate a warm and help service at the reception: this is not the case here. They refuse to open (automatic system) the direct access door from the parking area and you have to go around the building, even if it's raining. We came with our reservation for 3 rooms and it took them around 20 minutes to find the third room as he only found 2... Very bad welcome and quite rude reception... The room is big, comfortable and bathroom is acceptable. Breakfast is fantastic as the restaurant service. But honestly, next time I'll seek another option if I'll have a late arrival.

Nice location, you can walk by the river or to the village with its restaurants. Bier garten also nice. A few things could be better: breakfast foods were hardly ever refilled, so no fruit, juice, nutella unless you get there early. What was worst however was the reception. A few things could be better: breakfast foods were hardly ever refilled, so no fruit, juice, nutella unless you get there early. What was worst however was the reception. On checkout they made us pay for someone elses restaurant bill, and when we went back because that was not ours, she did not even apologize but instead looked at us suspiciously. Did she really think that bill full of alcoholic beverages was mine? I am quite visibly pregnant. So here is a tip: check the room number by viewing the key before putting the bill on someone elses room. Anyway the restaurant wasnt great, after the main course they never asked us if we wanted anything else (so no desert or 2nd drinks..). Overall I got the impression they were understaffed & the staff could learn something about service.
